Get at least 20 minutes to an hour of sun. Depending on your race.

Lift heavy shit 2-3 times a week

Do something anaerobically strenuous, like sprinting tabata playing a sport 2-3 times a week or at least once a day.

Morning exercises

Sit as little as possible

Get 6-10 hours sleep, in a dark room with no wi-fi or cellphones on or near by.

Bodyfat percentage of 10-15% any less and your shit will be fucked and more and your shit will be fucked.

Put on some more muscle mass.

Unless you live a very strenuous active life, then cut back on most dietary carbs.
No extra sugar on anything,
No extra sweets.
And when you feel worn down and tired eat a fruit, not a caffinated drink.

Stop masturbating and watching porn.
The former lowers your test the latter screws up your test production and ability to function normally.
Giving up masturbation for lint raises your base levels of test and improves your androgen sensitivity

Accomplish goals. Like, learn something new play an instrument a bit better, learn to undrestand a language, hit a new pr, pull of a new calithenics movement, make a cake from scratch. Anything.
The feeling of accomplishment is proven to boost both mood and test.

Do some cardio. The cardio gains are fucking awesome and help with blood flow.

Keep hydrated.

Eat dietary fats. Your body needs that shit to build test.

Get agressive.

Oh and be in the presence of sexually attractive submissive and fertile women
