The weight is low enough to where you should be able to handle a higher volume at that weight. You would get more benefit from just doing more reps. I personally did 3x5 up to 295lbs and a lot of other people here did something similar.

With flat bench, dip, close grip, you have more than enough options if your goal is just a big bench.

If you want delt/upper chest growth, you may want access dumbells, a cable stack or something. But having a bar and dip station is still very workable.

I don't do 3x3, i go into the gym 5-8x a week, and go for either a 1RM, 2RM, 3RM or paused 1RM. 1RM usually 2-3x a week. The others fill the gaps. I try to hit a PR every workout, at least on some lift (today I did 38kg curl), but the goal is to hit squat.

Also my 1RM is 120kg but probably more now. Just a bad day today.

I don't see a problem necessarily with squatting medium heavy on Sunday, lighter deadlifts, again on Wednesday with even lighter deadlifts or a variation, and then front squats and maxing deadlift on, say Friday. That's been ok for me so far.

Has anybody ever combined Ed Coan's DL program with Sheiko? I feel like Sheiko hasn't done jack shit for my deadlift and I'm assuming all the volume speed work will be amazing for my work capacity.
