So when morbidly obese people lose a lot of weight they will, regardless of the pace, have large deposits of microscopic fat cells that just culminate together into the hanging skin. All I can say is she didn't go from thin to fat. OP probably took these from the tumblr motiveweight page because I've seen her and some of the other transformations there when I used to browse it more often.

There are many things that could be happening here, though. Her body fat distribution looked horrible as if it was mostly in the stomach and face, so her thighs might not have been full of fat. Darker people generally have better elasticity than whites and she could have also been that fat not long enough to do terrible amounts of damage.
