Judo. More focus on take-downs. Learning how to get tripped or thrown and not hurt yourself is really helpful. A lot of BJJ injuries happen when learning takedowns because they (typically) don't do a lot of falling practice in BJJ.

KGB would likely be combat sambo, which is pretty fucking legit. CIA is likely similar to the crap in army combatives. Ive known a lot of former soldiers and I do BJJ and boxing. Most of them can hardly throw a punch and I wreck them on the ground. Not saying they wouldn't likely out shoot me, though.
