Protein Pancakes

Recipe:

1/4 cup of raw oats.
1/4 cup of cottage cheese (I used fat free)
1/2 scoop of unflavored protein powder (I used whey but casein is probably even better)
1/2 cup of egg whites.

Blend that shit up and then toss it on a hot skillet.

Macros:

2.3g of fat
18.5g of carbs
35.5g of protein

250 calories

Pour some sugary syrup on there and they are indistinguishable from normal pancakes, with entirely beneficial ingredients as well as the same taste. And the best part is they are very low calorie so you could even eat them on a cut.

How to make baked chicken breasts in bulk.

1. Thaw your chicken breasts
2. Set oven to 375 degrees
3. Put a long layer of aluminum foil over a baking sheet.
4. Place chicken inside, season with salt and pepper/marinade with sauce of choice.
5. Wrap the foil around the chicken tightly and place it in oven.
6. Cook for 45 minutes.
7. Enjoy your moist chicken breasts. Store the rest in a container for future use.

Not sure if it's /fit/ but i'm working on a spicy marinade for chicken. Still tweaking the recipe though.

1/4 cup of siracha (or whatever hot sauce you like really)
1 tbsp of soy sauce
1 tbsp of mirin
2 tbsp of honey
1 tbsp of fish sauce

It smells pretty awful when you make it because of the fish sauce but holy shit it smells and tastes amazing after it's cooked. Fish sauce is non-negotiable, marinade is boring without it.

Bison burgers, seasoned with salt, pepper, garlic powder, Worcestershire, hot sauce, cayenne. Pan seared in cast iron pan, topped with Brie and broiled. Cranberry on top.

Sweet potatoes, butter, and manchego

Arugula and simple balsamic vinaigrette.

Paleo is fucking awesome.

Have tested it, it lasts for 10 days before it starts to get really bad but the taste is a little off by 7 days, 1-5 days is the recommended amount for taste but I've never had any ill effects from eating it longer, it just tastes a bit off.

I just started dieting, going to start working out, just trying to lose some weight, This is what I've decided to eat tomorrow.

1 Avacado, 1 Celery Stalk, 1 skinned Cucumber, juice from half a lemon and a pack of tuna.

Celery and Cucumber are both low calorie and Avacado is a good low calalory alternative to Mayo for Tuna Salad. I'm not sure what I'm going to eat it on though, I have a bunch of crackers left over, so I might eat it on crackers, and depending on how good it is I'll make it often, in the future maybe replacing the crackers with a half head of lettuce.
