The day i realized my shoulder is fucked, stopped working out, did fuckton of stretches and rotator cuff exercises and took ibuprofen for like 2 weeks at the end (the point where the pain vanished).

I already had decent form on all exercises, now i autistically researched shoulder anatomy and autistically watch my form while doing any lift, and i go fucking baby tier noob weight the last 2 sessions (and my first 2 roid sessions).

Now the shoulder doesnt hurt as much as it did before.
Its also weird. I can bench just fine without pain, then i pick up a DB and it hurts again.

As I said, on it's own I dont think its effective, maybe slightly, LGD on its own is a different ball game.

Anyway, if youre pinning test, you may get estro issues, after a few weeks your SHBG -should- be lower meaning more free test, its like upping your test dose.

More free test = more estrogen.

When I took the osta on test, i didnt take it long enough for those effects to happen, and I was only on 250mg, which I typically dont have those problems with LGD either, so its hard to say.

I know at 500mg or over of test, Ill get hit hard with estro problems with LGD at 5mg a day without an AI, where it wouldnt be much of a problem until much later on at that same dose without an AI.

On test, you might get estro sides if your sensitive to if you add a sarm. Most sarms drop SHBG at about 4 weeks iirc. On a cruise dose this shouldnt be a problem though, but it should basically be similar to upping your test dose (I dont know how much by).

Ostarine is only a weak anabolic, its own gains added to your test would be minimal, it giving more free test over a long cycle of osta would add more to the gains.

LGD is better for gains. But Osta is much better for healing tendons from my experience. I completely dismissed it until I found a spare bottle I never used and finished it off while on test.

Some sarms may also be somewhat protective of the prostate and scalp. Not sure if that includes osta or not.

Typical 25mg/day. I took it higher just to finish off the bottle. SHBG reduction should be in full swing at about 3-4 weeks in, so your free test should start going up around that mark if you're on test.

5-10mg for LGD, 5mg works fine. It works out cheaper than Osta, but Osta has the healing benefits.
