It's really simple, if you're not putting on weight you're not eating in surplus, for whatever reason you use more than you take, call it metabolism or day to day activity or whatever
Be sure to be getting all the protein you need, a good measure is your goalweight in lbs to grams (if your goal is 200lbs then you eat 200 fucking grams of protein a day)
I was a 6'4" 130lb lanket for most of my life, and when I started lifting I couldn't get beyond 150, until I -actually- got serious and stuffed my face until I eventually got to 190. My goal is 200 at a low bf so I'm still on the way

You can still dropset, but try pyramid down for the next 2 weeks so from 2 x 6 you drop to a 2 x 9 (increments of 3) until you're left with the bar.
