I've been doing SS 5 months now.
73kg 178cm
Squat: 85kg
DL: 110kg
Bench: 75kg
OHP: 50kg
Pullups: 15kg
3x5
Squat and deadlift are low because of injury.
I've cut down from 80kg, but my lifts have stalled out. My goal is to cut to 70kg before beginning a slow bulk. Should I stick with SS until my bulk so I can make gains again, or switch to an intermediate program? My goals are to be strong and lean. Thanks.
Tell that little cunt Maxine that she doesn't own Morskie Oko.
Dumb bitch.
Can you people stop memeing and tell me what to do pls
Th-thanks /fit/

What is your definition of strong?
>>39126302
eat more sleep more train harder
>So, if you’re three months into the program and your squat has gone up 50 pounds, YNDTP. If you’re three months into the program at 10% bodyfat and you have gained only 6 pounds, YNDTP. If you’re three months into the program at 30% bodyfat, your waistline has not gone down 4 inches, and your squat is not up at least 150 pounds, YNDTP. Again, the program uses a diet that facilitates progress, and not everybody will use the same diet to progress toward the same goal of more muscle mass, since we don’t want to let bodyfat get out of control. And out of control is not the same thing as a moderate, necessary, healthy increase.

Stronger than I am now. High strength to weight ratio.

Right. But the program?

So what should I do? Move to an intermediate program? I don't want to do a split.
