Well a little background about me, I'm russian and have been running sheiko for over 6 years and have been coached by sheiko himself personally in the past

With this said, there is also a screencap of a video Q&A with subtitles that has the man himself saying if you're over 30 days from your comp then input the new figures now

So basically if you're running the medium or large load ones (over under 80kg) the competition block from your skills test is less than 30 days away

What I recommend usually, as a sheiko expert, is to take your gains from skills test, input the new figure but just restart completely dont bother running the peaking/comp block if you're not going to compete obviously
