pic related is my routine, except day 7 is just a repeat of day 3, I've been doing it daily for about a month.
Max weights are bench press 3x5 85 lbs and squat is 115 lbs 3x5. I started by benching bare bar (45 lbs, even had to ask one guy how much it weighed since I was surprised at how heavy it was) and squatting 65, so I've gone up drastically in the weights I can lift.
However, physique wise I haven't seen much improvement.

Honestly, I would do less isolation and focus on getting stronger at compound lifts. Plus doing less total exercises might make it easier to gain strength and size. Then once you're stronger you can up the frequency. I suspect now you're body isnt getting enough time to rest to make good gains. my 2cent

I've become obsessed with going to the gym daily :( However, I will do day 3 then do a rest day (I usually don't do a rest day but I guess I have to give my body a rest eventually.

It's actyally 6 days a week (day 4 is rest day) but I usually dont do a rest day, which is probably a bad idea, but I've become obsessed with making sure I do daily and not going for a day makes me feel like I'm wasting a day.

I feel yah man, I enjoy being at the gym too. Personally I do Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday if that helps at all, and I am still make solid strength gains.
