I have sport practice until fairly late in the evening (from 8 to 10pm, I'm at home at around 10:20pm).
It's pretty intense, so I'm left starving when I make it back home. What do you recommend I eat that would be filling, and not prevent me from sleeping properly ?

Something with high protein. Thinking of a combination of a premade(before you train) salad with chicken and a post training whey shake.
I've not experienced or heard of anyone having trouble sleeping after eating protein before bedtime.

I thought it'd be better to avoid eating before training. I usually take a whey shake and a banana 2 hours before training (that's usually the time I get when coming from work, before heading to training).
What else would work well in that salad ? Just lettuce, or maybe leafy greens ? The easiest and fastest to do, the better.
Some kind of salmon or chicken or something.
Plus some spinach or kale or greens.
Lentils, beans, also good.
Maybe a hearty lentil or black bean soup come to think of it

>banana 2 hours before
Enjoy going to the toilet all the time at night

Didn't want to mention it to avoid shitposting as much as possible but it's actually
muay thai
I mean you make it before the training so you can eat it right after

Oh, I see. That's what I had in mind in any case. Thanks !
