Dont lower your hips so it becomes a front loaded barbell hack squat. Your form is whack, you didnt use the proper cues just went into it for ego lifting. Watch mark rippletits video on youtube about deadlift form. Say what you want about his tips on memebar squat mornings but his deadlift tips are great
