Understanding human behavior, female psychology and social dynamics is useful, but all it boils down to in the end is, improve yourself to be more seductive both physically (lift, dress better, maxlook) and mentally (grow confident, develop a stronger mindset, don't be needy/beta) AND actually do go out there and hit on as many girls as possible, as it is all a numbers game, no matter what your odds are/how unattractive you think you are.
