Spread your meals more evenly over the day. My last meal is about 8pm just before i have a shower and get ready for bed so I'm not hungry while I'm trying to sleep.

Just eat a bunch of fucking eggs. If you're cutting, leave out all but 1 yolk(because fuck just eating whites) and mash a banana into that shit then fry it.

Anything protein rich will sate you. Just watch out you don't gorge yourself and fuck up the breakfast.

If you're trying to cut hard, then drink some tea (preferably green). You'll feel relaxed, helps with studying, curbs appetite, and makes you have to poop in the morning. Just make sure you drink a cup in the afternoon to make sure you assist with the digestion for night time.

I eat one Hershey kiss with and almond. Less than 20 calories. Still keeps me in "fasting mode". Sure it has sugar but i never exactly hit my macros while intermittent meming so there is leway for it.

warm liquid like tea helps. decaf. drinking plenty of water at night will fill you up. but if you must chew something, then eat some celery and carrots or some other thing that is low calorie and not processed.
