To make it short, I overestimated the freetime I have for sports and joined a boxing gym a few weeks ago (Plus lifting).
With school, I definitely can't go to the gym more than twice a week and need another different routine to add to my 3 days of boxing per week.
I used to have a split routine but now I'm searching for a two days routine (or even one, like this past week) for mass.
Boxing is more fun so lifting goes second (meaning I won't miss a boxing session for lifting).

Nah it's good.
Should I just do 5x5 of Bench, Squat, Deadlift two days per week ?
I would just do an upper/lower split, which will allow time and energy for compound lifts + accessories. Or just a twice a week full body routine where you really can only do compounds.

Yep, you'll get everything else you need from boxing

Maybe do Bench/Rows alternating days and throw some OHP in you're feeling saucy

OHP is out of the quesion like any othershoulder exercices. I need them to be ready every boxing session.
But thanks I guess 5x5 of compounds exercices is my only viable option.

Ippo is a manlet. I can't believe they would make a little shit like him a protagonist. It just gives manlets false hope.

I've been boxing for 8 years. My gym has weights, most people just do weights after or before training especially if they're trying to put on weight for a fight.
I basically just use the weights when I haven't gone ham with my boxing.

I dont think I would have enough energy to lift right after it. I'll try someday
i used to box amateur and had to quit competing for an eye accident. now i do martial arts but whatev.
OP consider doing your lifting before training, when you can't feel your arms and you are fatigue as fuck that's when the technique will flourish, good luck bro!
