by being mostly water and then using sucralose instead of sugar for sweetening. it's not actually 0 calories it's just low enough per serving (<5) that they can say 0 and get away with it.

The body can't properly digest wood pulp (some studies suggest you actually can, but the FDA allows it to considered almost 0 calories) and artificial sweetners have zero calories but still sweeten the blood.

AKA, it's okay to use sparingly on a cut but don't rely on it.

frankly, even if it only vaguely resembled the taste of actual peanut, I would dive right in. 0 calorie sparkling water is more than enough for any soda cravings I've had in the last 11 years.

I'll all for 0 calorie replacements that don't taste as good but still scratch that itch.
