I did a similar activity at this spy museum. It's supposed to be like the James Bond scene where he is hanging over the shark tank(?).

They rotate the bar as you hold onto, blow air onto you, and it's sort of thick so it's an awkward grip.

I did it successfully (I can do 15-20 pullups/chin ups) but damn my forearms were on fire after that shit
