Recommend me a good flat bench UK For powerlifting. Needs to

i got one from fitness superstore for about 120. it's literally just the bench bench (no rack). i use it inside a power rack and i've benched 175 on it. don't know why you need 300kg.

Just buy a cage. Same rough price as an Olympic bench but you can do a lot more and they can take a lot of weight.

will hold 250 kg. unless you're an elite powerlifter don't bother spending more.

I am though. The bench needs to fit IPF competition standards and needs to support at least £300

The only one that fits that spec off the top of my head is the strength shop £170 bench

Also. If it holds 250kg. It's not gonna collapse at 251kg I'd imagine you'd get a heck of a lot more on there. I'd say 976 guy is on the money with that one.
