not a lot, I know. I was informed yesterday that I can cut with a bigger deficit since I'm still getting noob gains. gonna eat at -400 calories this month and hopefully get down to 175lbs by Thanksgiving without losing any strength I've gotten
1 more month of cutting then I'll lean bulk

Started lifting a year ago because I was tired of being a 99lb stoner faggot that did nothing but shitpost and be miserable about my life. Gained almost 30lbs as of last week.

My legs suck, i dont really work out my legs much cuz im all snapped up from arthritis etc. But I actually have short legs so it makes them look them bigger than they are and I actually have been complimented on them because of such. So ya they suck, but when you dont have long legs you can "fake" it I guess a bit. If I ever get sweet legs, and instagram butt ill post it though lol

I used my fitness pal, 1900 cal. a day. I've kind of been slacking recently and only gauge it by 1 round of food at the dining hall (in college), usually random veggies with lean meat and rice/whatever pasta they're serving. Breakfast is usually around 4_5 scrambled eggs. Sometimes if I smoke and get the munchies real bad I'll eat nothing but dinner the next day.

you did the cut wrong, hell you didn't bulk clean enough in the first place. DOn't gain that % fat when you bulk, clean bulk= only bulk.
When you cut actually look at how its going and adjust accordingly. If your cut is so shit you're losing fat+muscle you gained, go back to a bulk, and DO IT RIGHT.
