I meant the General body frame the traps are IMO the most noticeable Part on a big Dude like Hardy in bane for Example
Some ideas:
Light dumbell shrugs for high reps 10-15
Smith machine shrugs (wide grip)
Straight bar shrugs behind back
Deadlifts ive got huge traps and thats all ive ever done for them, machine rows and pendlay rows for mid and lower traps

Upper:
Upright row with close grip
Shrugs variations
Lateral raises and dumbbell shoulder presses/wide grip ohp will work your traps to some extent but you should do one of the above to get top tier traps
middle:
wide grip rows, make sure you are fully retracting your shoulders at the top of the movement
reverse flies
lower:
pull up variations
lat pull downs

I've got decent traps for my size and I do:
Deadlifts 3x5
Trap-bar shrugs 3x10
DB Row 3x10
Machine Row 3x10
That's all I do for them in my main back workout twice a week, but also I do 3x10 rows on leg day and sometimes add 3x15 DB shrugs. Seems to have worked well for my middle and lower traps doing rows 3x a week.
