Tips on how to promote natural Testosterone production?

I know the vitamin D thing from a quick web search but I need confirmation on it and foods I can eat, as well as general things I should do to promote T, be it other exercises or just how I behave. (Am /nofap/ as well)

guys, unless you have something like 200ng/dL of testosterone, increasing it wont make that much of a difference (both physically and mentally)

you'd need to enter steroid levels (1200ng/dL+) to see any noticable differences

Testosterone is expensive for the body to make. All things being equal, if two males can both find mates, the male who produced more test is at a fitness disadvantage.
