i have that (just the bench). it's too low and wobbly and unstable as fuck. i wouldn't bench more than 1.5 plate on it

What makes it unstable for you? The feet, the height? What is the most you have benched on it?
Also do you have any clue where I could track down the weight rating? I thought it was a legal requirement to have a weight rating on any bench but I can't find one for this ANYWHERE.

Does it feel unstable as in the legs will just give out? Or unstable like it will wobble side to side and tip over?

it's flimsy as fuck. the tubing is only like 3/4" so i doubt it would hold a whole lot. also it's really fucking low. i've since replaced it with a proper bench but most i use to bench on it was 140 or so and i had to be careful not to sway side to side because you could easily tip over on the thing

I'll be benching in a power rack but I'll be sure not to overdo it until I can get my hands on a decent upgrade.

140lbs or kgs? I am benching 100kg atm so I want to know if I can at least bench that on it

has anyone else got any information whatsoever on this bench or its weight capacity?

can you buy this bench by itself anywhere or was it a lucky find? is it rated to 500lbs?
