I probably spend 8 hours a day here
I'm not even a NEET

I browse /fit/ inbetween sets when lifting at homem seems appropriate and is somewhat motivating for gains as apposed to /robotover9000/

/fit/ was never suppose to be taken serious. The people here seep in from other boards like /r9k/ or /b/ every advice is to be taken with a grain a salt. Most people on here dont even lift or squat ATG. If you want real advice go ask your questions on bodybuidling this place is just for laughs.

I came here a week ago because I got banned from bodybuilding.com

Apparently everyone here is actually really retarded and/or young and the trolling is too easy. My ban isn't up until the end of November. So you'll see more of me

the problem is that only 1% of the posts on fit are actually worthy

most everything else is bullshit
as a beginner, fit does have a lot to offer

but once you know more and more, there are diminishing returns on what this board has to offer

every once in a while theres a gem
is it worth the constant refreshing? is it worth sifting through the "that guy who wears basketballshorts" threads?

you have to first realize that this website is giving you something of value (you ARE here after all)

Identify what value you are getting from this website and replace it with another activity that gives you the same value.
