I started cutting at around 68 kg
had a body scan when I was around 66 kg and that said I was 18% bf
the height was recorded by a heart specialist when I had heart palpitations
I still have a bit of a stomach

Been lifting consistently for 5 weeks.

4 weeks into starting strength.

I came into starting strength from a background in distance running and, more recently, rock climbing. I think the climbing is really responsible for my overpowered Pendlay Rows.
