600mg of ibuprofen (powder, of course) mixed with vaseline. Spread it over the affected areas and leave it for as long as you can. Do that once a day for two months to see results.

Its very simple, you need zinc and fish oil capsules and tea tree oil. take 1 capsule of each every day and wash your wash with a few drops of tea tree oil mixed with water, also put a clean sheet on your pillow every day and stop touching your face so often.

Holy fuck this brings back memories. Proactive did fucking NOTHING for me. I remember night after night crying as I dabbed that shit all over my face praying it would work.

Luckily though I was in a gang and I learned we had a gang approved facewash. Clearasil. After I started using clearsil face wash, I never had a problem again.

Smells like harsh (apply only when alone/night) but helped everyone I adviced. Buy 100% pure one and just put on face during and after shower.

Stuff that contains Isotretinoin.
I've used Ciscutan, Accutane is the more well known version but it's basically the same.
You're skin is gonna get dry and flakey but it absolutely works wonders
