hello /fit/ im about to hit one year of lifting once January comes. I'm wondering how my body looks compared to other people as a highschooler. I started lifting in highschool because I realized it would be the peak of my testosterone naturally, currently feel like a fatfuck though im going to start cutting around january/february

OHP- 155 could get 160 if i redid my 1rm

Don't listen to this dude, if you are going to get the maximum amount of delt gains you should do burnout sets.Not everyday, your going to end up overtraining yourself and lead to injury if you do them everyday.
