Working on it yourself is a meme. It's one of those predefined features of someone. Trying to change it would be detrimental to your well being, you'd just end up destroying your spine cause it's fighting against your own physiological anomalies.

If you really want to fix it, visit a physiotherapist so they can tell you the real issues and set up a routine that fits for your specific dysfunction.

Work on core and glute strength.
Planks with posterior pelvic tilt are a great way to work on that.

In your daily posture, always remember to slightly engage your anterior core muscles, focus on the lower parts.

Focusing on keep the glutes tight doesn't work, because the glutes are a prime mover in walking/running/squats/whatever, so you can't do any of those movements while keeping them tight.

The core muscles are stabilizers, whose job it is to stay lightly contracted throughout the day.
Focus on them.
