Once i got to 15% bf i keep doing forever maintenance mode
got stronger and some small lean gains and lost some small bodyfat but at least i didn't got fatter and could still enjoy the strength gains from being over 13% bf

Doable natty, but keep in mind mcgregor has weird insertions for his chest and shoulders. His chest is relatively small compared to most fighters (not a huge deal in mma) but his shoulders are pretty huge for his frame.
