Probably donuts and brownies. I would get some poutine as well. I wouldn't call it a binge though, a binge is unintentionnal and is rather sad. I'd call it a cheat day, would film the thing to keep some epic memories.

I don't know the calories, but sometime ago I ate a "club sandwich" with toasted/buttered bread, mayonnaise, american cheese, ham, turkey, bacon, lettuce, tom... and I had about 7 golf ball sized breaded and deep fried mushrooms on the side with ranch dressing... and about 8 pints of Guinness....

One more thing.....

A McDonald's "Sausage Biscuit w/ Hash Browns" combo meal (1 of each) is about $2. and you get 590 calories if you eat everything.

Lord knows how many of those we could put away.
