Eat faster. It takes a while for your stomach to send the signal to your brain that you're full - so stuff as much food in there as possible before the signal gets sent.

I got in the habit when I was a walking skeleton trying to get thicc and now people constantly point out how fast I eat, even if it's just a little snack.
