I fucking hate that my dominate side ( right handed) is weak as fuck and not developing the same as my left side... Anyone else?

My right bicep and chest is noticeably smaller than the other side in my opinion, but im only about 5-6 months or so into lifting so i feel maybe i can correct it. still wanna off myself for it tho.

wat best things to do for this?

Yo same fucking thing, been lifting for 6 months as well. My right side is my dominant side, and yet my left side seems so much more defined in all areas. Upper chest pokes out better, left tricep has more definition, and left side delt actually pops out.

Legit makes me question my ability for a decent physique.

Do more dumbell (unilateral) exercises and it'll even itself out.

I had the same problem around the 6 month mark, but now (10 months) with more dumbell work it solved itself.

Throughout our life, our dominant side has been better at technical 'skills' i.e. using a pencil, opening doors with keys, scrolling through our phones, etc. We rely on our right hand to do all sorts of these tasks because our left hand is simply less efficient at performing these tasks.

However, the left hand doesn't need skill to carry and pickups heavy things. When we are 'multitasking' like texting and carrying groceries inside, we rely on our right hand to send the texts and open the door, while the left hand holds the majority of weight. Because of this, we tend to use our left arm to pickup things even when our right hand is available. This, compounded over [insert age] years, causes muscle and strength imbalance.

i've been trying to fix the tricep asymmetry for like 6 fucking months and it just won't go away

My left side is unnoticeably tilted so i have to do biceps a bit wider then my right.

My right tricep is bigger than my left since I use my right arm a lot more in my job. I'm considering doubling the reps in my left arm tricep exercises to help it along.
