Smoking through the bulk. Gonna quit on new years and start my cut februrary as to not fuck with my cardio.

I quit smoking 3 years ago, smoked for 7 years before that. A month ago I was craving for a cigarette on a particularly cloudy day, I fell for it and asked for a draw on my friend's cigarette. It felt like sucking a chimney and that one breath made me dizzy and left this weird taste in my mouth as if I've chewed on dust. It's incredible how our bodies get used to things... I used to smoke a pack and a half a day and now I don't understand how I was able to do it. I don't regret that one draw that day, as it has taught me I made the best choice for me.

So fucking good. Smoke like 3-4 a day, drink coffee and eat nothing all day during a cut then gorge at night before bed 1000-1200 cals. Cutting on fucking easy mode. Basically effortless IF.

Being in the army almost guarantees you crave nicotine and alcohol to help you get over all the bullshit.

It's alright. Still run alright.
