casein is digested more slowly by your body, meaning it will sustain your hormones and recovery longer (improved GH release while asleep, longer satiety etc)

i'd suggest it over whey protein if the price/flavour isnt that different

that said, it's a meal SUPPLEMENT, not a REPLACEMENT, meaning you should still be eating meat and only filling in the gaps with your protein powder
