I need somethung besides sit-ups or crunches for my abs.
Anytime I'm down on the ground and quickly sit/stand up, I get insanely dizzy and my head starts feeling like it's stuck in a vice.
I've tried to power through the pain, disorientation, and nausea, but it's just too much and it seems counterproductive. My vision will go black and I'll struggle to catch my breath.
Is there any good alternative for at-home ab work?
Please help, I'm tired of not having the stomach I know I can achieve.

Are you constantly dehydrated?
However, at home is a bit difficult. Do you have a bar or something to hang from? Hanging leg raises might be good, if done properly.

I'm constantly in danger of being dehydrated, but I'm not constantly dehydrated. I know my limits so I drink significantly more water than is normal for most people.
Just to clarify, are you saying to hang from a bar upside down and bring my torso upwards with my core?

"Leg raises": you raise your leg from hanging till your body is in an L shape

Oh wow I'm an idiot. Yeah, I'll try that. Thanks.
Landmine twists/180s if you can get a barbell and babby weight
Lying leg raises and such
Maybe L-sits
Dude that isn't good for you... Get your blood pressure checked and drink lots of fluid. You take any drugs? (illegal or prescription)

Nah, this has been going on since I was like 12. I have dysautomia, and that's one of the symptoms. It's gotten a little better as I've grown (I'm 21 now) but it's still a pain in the butt. I also get about 2-3 migraines a week.
