SS or SL 5x5
Whatever, just add in accessories and probably change programs after 4-6 months if you start plateauing.

You're welcome
candito maybe
SS

What routine do you change to? Im at 225 squats, 120 ohp, 195 bench and 320 dl after my second deload. Are these numbers high enough to go to the next routine?

SL > SS in my opinion, and I actually did SS for 6 months. My reasons below:
>5x5 > 3x5
The extra sets as a beginner give you more time and room to learn form. Your key goal should be to rapidly improve on the compound lifts and most of these improvements are going to come from upskilling. More sets = more learning experiences.
> Row > Clean
As I see it any program should have as it's core 6 exercises:
Push/Pull legs (squat/deadlift)
Push/Pull upper horizontal (bench/row)
Push/Pull upper vertical (OHP/pullup)
This is, for me, vital for balanced development throughout the whole body. SS lacks the rows, there is no upper horizontal pulling movement.

If you have deloaded your squat 2x and your deadlift 1x you have finished the program. Read the documentation associated with the routine you are using.
Next cab off the rank is either Madcow or Texas Method (TM). I have found TM far superior.

I personally switched to Madcow once I stopped going up on squats, all my other lifts pretty much stopped going up before then. I was at 115/185/275/335 working weight at 185ish
