anyone got a protein bar recipe?
to keep this /fit/ related if this doesn't qualify how many of you do cardio and if so are you entering any races in the near future?

This is a simple recipe that I made. I've experimented with ratios and stuff like that a lot, and this is the best result. I calculated the macros at some point but forgot them, it depends on the brand if whey and peanut butter that you use anyway.

Switch the sugar to stevia and that's a pretty good cutting recipe. Or use dextrose and it's good for intra-workout.

I used to use stevia but for some reason stevia tastes like soap to me. The sugar makes it less healthy but a lot more tastey and makes it more likely for me to eat them instead of other sugary stuff.

I Will share my recipe op but its not for cutting. It has around 550 calories per bar and i make a batch worth of 6 of the them each time
450gr of oats
5-6 scoops of whey
250-300 ml of Milk
~20 gr of Cocoa powder
~80gr of any nut butter
Some honey i eyeball it
First you blend all the solid staff then you pour the Milk and the peanut butter with the honey and you mash them together. Then into the fridge overnight. And thats it. It wont be extra firm mind you it Will be a little chewy but it has good macros and keeps you full for hours

You disgust lord piano.
Anyone got a recipe without the shilled whey?
>>39070340
>1 cup of sugar
Something similar; I really like the taste
>>39071237
That's pretty close to what I do, I'm still experimenting with the proportions to make it not so gooey though. I just do oats + chocolate protein powder + peanut butter + milk. I use enough to get a batch of 9 at 450 cals each.

>6 grams protein
Why go to all that effort for something that inefficient.
Just mix 1 cup oats with 1 cup greek yogurt using a spoon and pan fry the lumpy scoops on some oil
Delicious 2 ingredient protein pancakes
