>there are still people ON THIS BOARD who pay for protein power, despite the fact that you can easily get enough protein through a regular diet
You do realize you only need 0.8-1g protein pr. pound of body weight, right?
Get in some more carbs for better performance, or fats for higher testosterone production, retards.

must be nice having your mom prepare all your meals.

Kid is right actually
>>39069552
I know, I'm just bitter my mom won't prepare meals for me. :^(

Today OP wasn't a faggot.

You don't even need that much protein per pound of bodyweight. Been almost a year since i've started reducing protein intake to see if it was all a meme, focusing on protein quality rather than quantity. Haven't noticed a single difference in recovery time, muscle building efficiency, and it's just as easy to bulk/cut.
but proton powers allow me to eat junk on a cut.
>mfw i was buying protein powder when I was a fat stupid shit consuming easily over 3k calories per day
If I could go back in time to tell myself anything I would say this
1) Diet would have solved most of the problems you have today... Count your fucking calories anon.

maybe because
>easy to make ~2 min to scoop, shake, chug, clean bottle
>cheap ~$10/lb
>long shelf life
>can transport easier than a tupperware box of chicken/rice/broccoli that would have to be microwaved to be at all appetizing.

>>39069581
how much do you eat while bulking cutting and maintainimg?
>>39069741
Roughly the same amount, between 80 and 100g of brotons a day through a rather simple diet, sometimes more if i'm bulking simply because of the higher calorie intake. I mostly get my protein from white meat, legumes (sprouted) and cheese.

>10kg
How? I can only reach around 5kg for that amount. Maybe i´m looking at the wrong one
>>39069517
>you only need 0.8-1g protein pr. pound of body weight, right?
So that's about 240-250g per day.
Unfortunately, food is expensive here in Norway, getting that much meat would be too expensive for me, I already eat over 1 pound per day.

This, I live in Norway too
Whey is much easier
>>39070046
Because a quantity of 2 I'd just not possible. Godspeed.
