i pretty much accepted it since i shaved my head,as first post pretty much is right,accept it or spend 15k on hair transplant.Even if you use fina you gotta use it all your life.and the chances of you using it for more than a year is slim

Here's what you do:

>Get on Finasteride and Nizoral 2%. Stay on both for 12 to 18 months, take pictures every 3 months and assess.

>If you aren't satisfied you can add Minoxidil and / or Spironolactone cream.

>If you still aren't satisfied you can begin to look in to hair transplants.

I'm on Fin myself, have been for 13 months and no side effects except for watery semen which went away with continued use.
Although I would recommend phasing in the drug (i.e. starting at 0.25mg and slowly bumping it up to the recommended 1mg), to reduce the chance of any potential side effects.

I have been on fin only for 6 months now, hair stopped falling and got some thickening on the spots I "thought" were weak on the hairline.
No sides at all until now.

The thing is, I caught it very early though. Since every old guy in my family is bald as soon as I noticed some thinning I went on fin.

You may not look unhealthy, but you might be lacking some minerals and vitamins. Eat foods rich in zinc and copper to prevent premature hair loss and graying like beef liver, cashew nuts and see food, especially oysters and clams. My hair is thicker since I started eating those regularly about 2 years ago.

I have been on fin, no side effects, side effects generally doesn't occur.
Nizoral's effect on hair loss is highly theoretical, as it probably can't penetrate the skin and hair root, but there is no reason not to use it, unless you are tight on money.

I am currently using finasteride. My balls ached for the first two days while my body adjusted to the lack of DHT, after that I had no side effects.

No hair loss since then either, I took photos of my hair line and know this as a fact. The hair on the back of my head is a little bit thicker as well.

I also use Nizoral and Minoxidil.

I have experienced side effects from Minoxidil. , my head sometimes becomes a bit inflamed and sore where I use it. I'm currently looking for an alternative for this.

My advice is start treating this shit early. You can stop hair falling out but you can't usually regrow it. In fact if you have a history of hair loss in your family you should just start using this stuff now.

I've been on finasteride for a little over 7 months now and minoxidil for 10 months. I don't think I've seen much if any results yet, but I've heard from people that have been on it for a while to give it at least a year. My dick works fine btw

I've done a lot of research, they've said that for the minority of cases where libido was affected (like 3%), most regained ability after getting off the drug. A very small amount of people have claimed permanent lack of function.

And yes, it has worked. I went from a beginning to diffuse NW3 to a thick NW2 - 2.5. Like many I tried Minoxidil in the beginning, but I somehow got major sides from it (systemic absorption) but no sides from Fin.

My dick works wonders, no loss in gains or any of that. I will add that I supplement with zinc, DIM, choline, calcium D-glucarate, ashwagandha and vitamin E to counter the slight rise in estrogen and prolactin FIN theoretically causes.

I took 1/4 pill of the finasteride equivalent, gefina i think? Anyway it's used for prostate issues but it's basically the same medicine under a different name so it's A LOT cheaper.

I have a bit less loss than you do and sometimes it causes me stress but othertimes I think having a bit taller forehead makes me look wiser and more tough. When you watch TV shows and movies and shit look at the guys hairlines, most guys over 35 have a mature hairline and plenty o them stil look attractive.
