No, foam rolling utilizes your body weight; pvc pipe roller + quads is the only thing that works at some point, plus minor lacrosse ball work. But those things are useless because you have to push with your upper body, and if you've been rolling for any amount of time, they don't do anything to relieve fascia.

So my squats have been feeling rather good lately.
They haven't done so in a long, long time.
What's currently helping is focusing on lat tightness. Earlier, it looked like I lost that in the hole, and especially on my left side.
However, there's a difference between my shoulders. Elbows point in very different directions, but it only affects the upper back/lats tightness to a small degree.
Do you lads think this asymmetry is something I need to fix with a targeted approach or just leave it be and hope it sorts itself out? For the record, I can feel a slight asymmetry when doing rows or vertical pulls too, and this hasn't seemed to iron itself out.

Yes. Since he says 4-6%, just multiply your work set weight by 0.95 and choose the closest weight increment depending on how you feel--larger drop on good days, smaller jump on bad days.

Because people who train for powerlifting specifically would also need to be in the top 5-10% in combination with a lengthy training history to bench that @ 220
So realistically speaking, somebody who doesn't train for powerlifting and has non powerlifting style technique is pretty much never gonna bench that without having the talent to compete and place at world's if he trained for PL
So if you're seeing that more than a couple times in your lifetime, we can reach the conclusion those fellas are up to something sneaky!!

You'd have to go all the way to the 105s to reach a majority of competitors benching 400+
And even then, there are a ton who don't
Let me put that another way, the best athletes from entire countries, weighing 230lbs often don't bench over 400 pounds
