For all of you who started at 70kg+ and are proud of benching 1pl8 in like 1 month, yall are pathetic if you think you are worth something. Not to even mention that 99% of you have SHIT form because of the nature of the ego lift that bench press is.

The weights are so arbitrarily decided. A 60kg bench for a 70kg guy is the same as a 50kg for a 60kg guy if they had the same start.
