Somewhere between 4/5 I guess? Kinda do a homebrew of power yoga and high bar/parallel bar stuff. It'd take me way too long to describe because I mostly make it up as I go along. Pretty much whole body workouts but alternating emphasis on upper and lower body each day. 5 workouts a week with some running when I feel like it. I pick up ideas wherever I can find them so I do stuff from circus performers and ballet dancers and yogis; wherever I feel like I don't know how to progress there's always somebody out there with an idea.
