I've only ever seen one guy squat any kind of weight with as narrow as mine stance. I forgot his name but he was sub 70kg. And was squatting 5 plate easily. Though his knees seemed to be at waste because of the narowness (same that I use)
For reference, the stance is barely any different than standing upright at full height.

i basically wasted 1.5 year of lifting because i wanted to "try" again deadlifts and squats. I was slowly adding weight to the bar and suddenly at 175 lbs squat my back started to hurt, next day i couldn't get up and bend my torso in any direction. Pain went away after 6 months. During that time i visited few doctors and every single one said i can't lift weights at all for the rest of my life and "you should better find a different exercise like riding a bike, it builds muscle too".
