I was convinced my ass/legs were too big compared to my upper body, most of it's just genetics cause it's been like this from young.
So all of u told me to stick to big heavy upperbody compounds and go lightweight baby for legs. Now after 1+ year of sticking with this advice, I noticed my ass and legs look even thiccer than before thanks to all the hypotrophy, and have made minimal upper body gains, benching only 255 now
OHP 155
Bench 255
Squats 135
Deads 185

If you're not trolling and those are your stats, just increase your volume on upper body since you're pretty strong and do some 8-12 rep accessories and for lower body focus on strength since you're weak as fuck. Pretty much the opposite of what you started with

I think u misunderstood. These lifts were intended to be lightweight, previously my squat was 355 and 400 lb dead but i felt unproportional and just wanted to maintain not get thiccer

100% not trolling. Kay then i'll up the volume in upperbody, what about lower body? go back to squatting 355 slowly for low reps?

I don't believe anyone with 1+ of lifting could be this stupid so this must be a troll
