What do /fit/izens usually do to keep warm in winter? And what winter activities do you do? How do you stay /fit/ in snow and ice? I'm planning on picking up ice climbing to avoid being sedentary during the cold season.

I get all my exercise indoors anyway so the time of year changes literally nothing in how I stay /fit/.
But I do enjoy the comfy darkness and fresh air of winter. Good for mental health gains.

I've climbing is hella fun. Just make sure to learn how to do it safely. The equipment is expensive too...

Just use a room in the basement where you've turned the door lock around so you can lock them in. When they eventually die or kill themselves just think of a way to get rid of it in advance.

Dress warmly for Nordic skiing, base mileage for spring marathon season, and the snow shoe running national championships. Normal lifting indoors. Switch from light to dark liquor after Labor Day. Have sex with my wife under the blankets instead of on top of them. That's about it.
