OP you should prioritize lower body training largely because it's just efficient - it's going to be a lot easier to build good glutes, quads and hams than it is to build upper body. Do some sort of db or bb press a couple times a week, get good at pull ups and work your upper back however you like for dat dere posture, and you should be good for upper body.

Squats and deadlifts will pretty much give you what you desire in aesthetics as a girl. Now from a joint health and posture standpoint, upper body exercises are extremely important especially if you have big tits. That's a lot of weight hanging off your chest all the fucking time, that you need to support so I'd be a good idea to get some strength in your back and train for scapular mobility.
