What kind of gains i get if only use a wii fit?

I'd recommend just putting on some music and jumping around if home exercise is what you're into.

Wii fit can give you good balance, though. I used it and now I'm really good at balancing on one foot.

This is very important to the Japanese. Being able to balance on one foot is like being able to do something useful to them.

I have the step counter which I forgot existed

doesn't do much but tot up calories burned
which are approximate at best

on it's own, not much. But if you pair it with zumba, HUGE gains.

Depends what you're doing on Wii Fit, how often you do it, and how fat you are before starting
