Semi-related, I eat a lot of peanuts (unsalted or lightly salted) and natural peanut butter since it's cheap. Maybe 2-3 servings a day max, and almost always 1.

Should I be concerned about any health issues? I stay within my calorie goals, but I've read that too much can cause mineral absorption issues.
