If your pull is weak, power clean.

If your recovery is weak, front squat.

If your technique is bad, do submaximal cleans with a focus on whatever your faults are.

There are no magical assistance excercises or anything, and in most cases simpler is better.

you drop down a bit fast, id reccomend descending at a constant rate with a bit of acceleration at the bottom if you want to catch le bounce.

if you stand wider and point feet out more, you can sit more upright. just do what's most comfortable for you.

looks like you could stay tighter. to get tighter, just stay tighter. push chest up sky high, squeeze everything as tight as you can form your head to your asshole.

squat technique isnt terribly important anyway.

Usually in WL programming pulls are written as a percentage of clean/snatch max for clean and snatch pulls respectively.

The Chinese are really the only ones to write pulls at a % of max pull.

It's also very unusual in general to use a percentage as a percent of anything but 1RM, without stating it.

Anyway I was talking about barrier linen gowns for your surgeons and whatnot. Shit is so cash, aussies have been trialling it for the last little while over at NSW health. But it looks like all your surgeons are going back to green cotton gowns because Australians can't into barrier linen.

It would please me greatly if you guys could give this an honest effort.
