Apparently it is good for recovery after intense exercise or sport. I am going to add some fresh skimmed milk to my post workout shake and see how it goes.

Hispanic cuisine is loaded with cream, cheese and milk. Lactose intolerant people in latin america are as rare as a unicorn

No food is clean. Plants are showered with pesticides on a regular basis, farm animals are given hormones to make them yield more produce (these hormones carry over to you when you eat them). If you want 'clean food' then produce your own. The effect that these chemicals and hormones have on you is pretty minimal though and most of it gets broken down once the produce reaches stores. So really, stop worrying about 'clean food' and just eat.
