>giving us a lateral view of suspected scoliosis
take a picture of your back
flex your abs

the spine is not curved sideways it is when you look at it at a lateral view that i dont like it
I'd try a couple yoga poses to loosen up your psoas and erector spinae. Do a pigeon pose and child pose. Seriously. You might also consider consulting a professional first. Good luck.

You have anterior pelvic tilt. Look it up. I used to have it too, got it from playing to much vidya on the PC during my teenage years and from working office jobs. As it turns out, grandma was right and slouching on the chair all day really fucks up your posture.
I have been trying to fix it with psoas stretches over the course of the last few months and I'm seeing a great deal of improvement.

Probably going to hurt a bit if you've never done anything like it before. Don't push too hard and try to go a little farther each time, breathe too.
